I was looking at dominant negative effects of a mutant in haploid cells expressed under NMT control. But when I grew the transformants at 30 and 37 degree centigrates, I found that all transformants including wt control died at 37 when plated on B1 containing plates. Can somebody come up with a theory to explain this observation?
