An ACS-funded postdoctoral position is available immediately in my
laboratory at the University of Illinois at Chicago. I am looking for
someone with training in protein biochemistry and molecular biology.
Experience with genetic techniques is a plus, but is not essential. We
are
studying the regulation of G bet-gamma signaling in S. cerevisiae with
particular emphasis on the role of the G-alpha subunit in the
downregulation of the pheromone response. For more information, see
