Post-doctoral position available to study the ability of human P450
proteins to metabolize aflatoxin using a functional assay in
Saccharomyces cerevisiae.  This work is part of a program project
studying the genetic epidemiology of hepatocellular carcinoma.  This
position would be ideal for an individual interested in applying a
knowledge of yeast genetics to human disease and is interested in
learning more about human genetics and disease susceptibility.  Please
note that acceptance for this position will require an in person
interview in Philadelphia, therefore overseas individuals should only
apply if they plan on being in the United States in the near future.
