Hi all: Does anybody have a yeast expression vector for beta-lactamase? If so, can I get it? Has anyone tried using beta-lactamase as a reporter for gene expression in yeast using the fluorescent substrate of R Tsien? Does the substrate get into yeast? Thanks David Mueller Dept.
