PGK promoter/terminator sequence

Dear all,
I am desperatly looking for the DNA sequence of the PGK promoter and
terminator contained IN plasmid pFL60 or pFL61 (this sequence contains a
NotI site in the middle). Any help (the sequence or any details of the
construction) will be wellcome. Thank's in advance. Thomas.
