Yeast Two Hybrid

On screening for a two hybrid interaction between my protein and library
proteins, I got positive clones using a B-galactosidase in vivo plate
assay. However the positive control was strongly blue as is normal for
the cleavage of X-gal, but my positives are all strongly green and not
the nice blue seen in the control.

Has anyone else had green clones or does anyone have any ideas as to why
the X-gal may be turning green in these clones??
