I am trying to isolate yeast from the environment for a lab assignement.. could you please give me a hint on where i should first look when trying to find some growing naturally?? yes, the soild and plant leaves or flowers are a good start.. but do you have any ideas on specific areas?? I am new to this stuff and feel really overwhelmed with trying to get a pure culture. Thanks, :)
