Highly expressed fusion proteins

Hi,

Does somebody know about a good fusion protein candidate for 
achieving high expression level in Saccharomyces? Perhaps PGK 
and SOD would be useful... 
Could someone tell me about a reference on state-of-the-art or 
his/her experience on the intracellular expression of fused 
proteins?
