ORF similarity

SGD provides a set of tables listing the results of an all ORFs
translations compared to all ORF translations from a TimeLogics
DeCypher machine using their Smith-Waterman implementation. The
graphical interface to these tables is at:
http://genome-www.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/SGD/SWA/swaEntryForm.pl
The TAB delimited tables are available via anonymous ftp from the
address below. One file per chromosome.
