Hi,

I was wondering if anyone had any information about what is a good S.
cerevisiae strain
background to use for GFP studies. Other than the strain being ADE+ is
there anything
else I should be concerned about to minimize autofluorescence? Any
information on this
would be useful. Thank you in advance.
