SORRY MY MISTAKE!!!!!!!!! I need a Ura3 knockout and not Leu2 as in my
previous message!!!!!!

"Looking for a leu2 knockout plasmid for use against a wild type yeast
isolate. Preferably with a Hyg. insert within the leu2 gene, but not
absolutely neccessary...
All help will be much appreciated!
Thanks. "
