how to increase the cytoplamic concentration of Na in yeast!

Hi, everyone,

My recent research need me to increase the cytoplasmic concentration
of Na in yeast slightly. Could I just deal with it by adding the NaCl
into the culture media. Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.
