Hello,
I have cultured S. cerevisiae rho-0 mutant and its parent strain (wild-type)
for the description of growth curve. Although all of cells were spread onto
YPD plates, wild-type strain only grew very slowly! Although rho-0 mutants are
respiratry deficient, "my Rho-0s" were formed normal size of collonies!
What happen!

Thanks,
Kaz
