Lyticase

Dear Colleagues

I have just recieved my Lyticase from sigma. I would greatly apreciate if
you could tell me how to handle it. (Dilution buffers, storing etc).  I
have not been able to find information on this matter. An
immunofluorescence protocol wich uses this enzyme for protoplastization
would also be welcome.
