32P labeling of S. Cerevisiae

My laboratory has achieved excellent incorporation of 32P following
the protocol in Rubin, G. 1976. Methods in Cell Biology 12:45-64.  The
phosphate depleted media described in that paper is made by selective
precipitation of inorganic phosophate (as MgNH4PO4) from YEPD.
