Hi all,
Our lab is thinking of moving to the P. Pastoris system to express our
recombinant protein. However, there is concern in the building over the
possiblity of the yeast contaminating primary cell cultures. I would like to
know how infective this yeast may be and/or the conditions used to minizime
these effects.
Thanks ever so much for the help.
Best,
