I am asking to expert in the preparation of nucleic acids from fungi
(Candida, Aspergillus): which is the possibility to have free nucleic acids
from filamentous fungi after lysis of frozen human tissue with classic
tissue fragmentation under liquid nitrogen in mortar and guanidine
thiocyanate protocol preparation, without enzymatic treatment to remove the
fungi cell wall? Thank you for your attention, Giorgio
