Dear Dr. Kim,
A list of S. cerevisiae genes and their null phenotypes can be
downloaded from the Saccharomyces genome database
(http://genome-www.stanford.edu/Saccharomyces/). At the URL:
ftp://genome-ftp.stanford.edu/pub/yeast/data_download/
literature_curation/
you can download the file 'phenotypes.tab', which has six columns
containing the following information:
1) ORF
2) Gene
3) SGDID
4) Phenotype_type
5) Phenotype
6) Description
I hope this is helpful. Please let me know if you have further
questions.
Sincerely,
Maria Costanzo
