ura3-1 allele

Hello all,

I am trying to develop a strategy for integrating a URA3 based plasmid
into the ura3-1 allele of strain W303-1a.  Does anyone know the
precise mutation present in the ura3-1 allele?  Someone asked this
same question in this group a few years ago but no replies were
posted.  This time if someone knows the answer please post it on the
group as a reply to this post.  Thank you very much in advance!
