Dear Anne,

The Saccharomyces Genome Database has a tool, the GO Term Finder, that
takes a list of genes, calculates the significant GO terms (or parents
of GO terms) that are shared between them, and displays the results in
both tabular and graphic form. The tool is located at

http://db.yeastgenome.org/cgi-bin/SGD/GO/goTermFinder

and it is documented on its help page,

http://www.yeastgenome.org/help/goTermFinder.html

I hope this is helpful; please let me know if you have further
questions.

Best regards,
Maria
