Hi,
Does anyone have a reliable protocol for staining S. cerevisiae asci?
I'm looking for something fairly simple with minimal hazardous reagents
that could be used for a lab class exercise. I've seen mention of the
use of malachite green online, but I haven't been able to locate any
detailed protocols.
Thanks,
Jeff Thompson
