Hi,
I'd greatly appreciate help in "mapping" certain terms used to
describe localization of proteins in yeast cells to terms of Gene
Ontology...
1. Is the "vacuolar rim" the same thing as "vacuolar membrane" in
terms of Gene Ontology?
2. Is the "cell neck" the same thing as "bud neck" in terms of
Gene Ontology?
3. Is the "nuclear rim" the same thing as "nuclear membrane " in
terms of Gene Ontology?
thank you in advance,
with all the best wishes, Meelis
