[Yeast] (no subject)

hi...
  i am doing aproject with yeasts. these yeasts contain a temp. sensitive plasmid(PP805.3) at 37.(the plasmid contain a gene that nessecary to yeast polifiration).
  i did a transformation to these yeasts with non_sensitive plasmid that containe the same gene. 
  i expected that the yeasts now will grow at 37 but they did not although i am sure that the transformation was succed .
   how can i explain this and what should i do to continue.
