[Yeast] Harvesting a 75 litre fermentor

I am growing 75 litres of yeast and am currently harvesting using a
Pellicon Microfiltration device (0.45um pores, HVMP filter, V screen).
The problem is that it clogs up during harvesting making the process
very slow.  Does anyone have a suggestion of how better to harvest?
Would a larger size membrane (0.65um) help?  Should I try and get a
continuous flow centrifuge?   Is there a better way entirely?
