[Yeast] I dont have enough knowlenge about manufacturing baker's yeast

Hi;

I plan to establish a yeast factory but i dont have enough knowlenge about 
yeast production especially rates of raw materials of yeast and from where i 
will  obtain pure yeast culture or seed.

Can you help me these matter and more?
