Nico,
90% of 5884 yeast proteins contain at least one cysteine.
You can download the yeast proteome from many sites. One of them is
the Saccharomyces Genome Database. The link below is to a tool that
searches sequences for simple or complex patterns. You can then
download an excel file with the locations of the hits.

You can also download a FASTA formatted file containing the yeast
proteins from the SGD FTP site:
ftp://ftp.yeastgenome.org/yeast/sequence/genomic_sequence/orf_protein/
orf_trans.fasta.gz
