[Yeast] Sacc. Kluyveri

Hello,

Does anyone know if it is feasible to do homologous recombination  
(with PCR products) of Saccharomyces kluyveri? Do you know any  
reference?
Finally,  do you know who would have haploid strains (a and alpha)  
for this species with selectable markers?
