Hello, I am looking for suggestions to improve the efficiency of RNA extractions from S. cerevisiae grown on plates (e.g. not mid-log phase). I am currently using the Qiagen RNeasy kit with mechanical disruption using .4mm beads and a fast prep. Thanks, Ann
