[Yeast] Glucose uptake assays

Dear All,

I would like to measure glucose uptake in S. cerevisiae under specific growth
conditions using 3H-deoxyglucose. Does any of you have a good protocol? Or, if
you can point me in the direction of a good reference where I might be able to
get one would be just as helpful.
