[Yeast] (no subject)

Hi,

This might be a bit silly question, but does anyone know how stable is YEP-
media ? I mean that for most of the yeast strains there are some amino 
acids and/or nucletides they cannot synthetsize and need to get these from 
the growth media. Do you know if the stability of these components can be 
anykind of issue in anyway ?
