Dear colleagues,

I have a temperature sensitive mutant strain, that also grows in red
colonies on Phloxine B plates at 30C.
How do I distinguish diploidy from a reduced viability due to the
mutation? In other words, how can I reassure myself that I have a
haploid mutant strain?

Thanks in advance!
