Hi Cinzia,

You can find several flavors of CEN/ARS plasmids from Euroscarf  (pSH* 
from DEL-MARKER-SET plasmids: 
http://web.uni-frankfurt.de/fb15/mikro/euroscarf/data/Del_plas.html ) 
but I don't know of 2mu versions.
