RESPONSIBILITIES<br>
Support the development of a novel antibody discovery, maturation and
production platform including:<br>
- implementing novel yeast surface presentation
systems<br>
- realizing discovery strategies for human
antibodies in yeast<br>
- enhancing the performance of antibody expression
in yeast<br>
<br>
REQUIREMENTS<br>
- Ph.D. / M.S. / Bachelors degree in the Life
Sciences<br>
- Expertise in Molecular or Cell Biology, Yeast
Genetics, Protein Engineering, or Fermentation Science<br>
- Must be motivated, passionate and committed
individual who works well on a team<br>
- Previous yeast, phage or other display platform
experience preferred<br>
- Other desirable skills include FACs
analysis/sorting, protein expression, purification and characterization, and
Yeast Genetics.<br>
