Hi,

I am interested in evolution of sex chromosomes in fish and working on the
sex chromosomes of the Japanese Medaka (Oryzias latipes). I know nothing
about sex chromosome or sex determination in zebrafish. Does zebrafish have
stable genic or chromosomal sex determination system? The guppy has several
sex-linked coloration genes. Also in the Medaka, two coloration loci shows
sex-linked inheritance. Are there any sex-linked color loci isolated in
zebrafish?
Any information is welcome.
Thanks.
