microinjection of zfish embryos

Does anyone know approximately what volume I can microinject
into a zebrafish embryo at a 1-2 cell stage? I'm injecting DNA.
I'd also be interested in your thoughts on whetherit is
necessary to dechorionate the eggs prior to microinjection.  I
have a method for dechorionating, but many fewer dechorionated
fish survive to maturity for me compared to chorion-intact
animals.
