Lipid determination in zebrafish

 While working on my Ph. D. thesis, I will study the relationship between
 accumulation and toxicity of PAHs in early life stages (eggs and larvae) of 
 zebra fish.
 
 For this purpose, I would like to know the lipid content and lipid
 composition (lipid classes) in newly fertilized zebra fish eggs and newly 
 hatched lavae up to the free feeding stage.
 
 Can anybody help me?
