Two-hybrid cloning in Zf

Hi,

I would like to use the two-hybrid yeast system to clone genes of interest
in Zebrafish. This requires an cDNA expression library, preferably geared
towards this application. Has anyone out there used the two-hybrid system
for Zebrafish cDNA cloning? Next question is :-) would he be
willing to share his library!
