Does anyone have experience labelling zebrfish embryos and fry with BrdU? Can you just add BrdU to their water (like cells in culture), or do you have to inject it? Will injecting the yolk sac work? Any ideas about the clearance time of BrdU from embryos following injection? THANKS in advance for your replies and insights! Lisa Cunningham
