antibiotics?

Has anyone used antibiotics in the media used to culture
microinjected embryos? I'm wondering if the survival rate of my
injected embryos would improve with the use of an antibiotic.
If you have experience with this, please let me know your
opinion on what antibiotic(s) and at what concentration(s).  I
checked the zebrafish book, it doesn't seem to address this
question.  THANKS for all replies!!
