Two Tenure Track Positions
Developmental Biology
The Laboratory of Molecular Genetics, NICHD (Chief, Igor Dawid), National
Institute of Child Health & Human Development (NICHD), is seeking
applications for two tenure track independent research positions in
Developmental Biology. Appropriate areas of research would be pattern
formation, cell interactions, and mechanisms of regulatory control at the
genetic, cellular, and molecular level. Preference will be given to a
researcher using non-mammalian vertebrate systems for one of the two
positions.
An M.D. or Ph.D. degree is required. Candidates should have established
strong research credentials at the forefront of their discipline, with a
substantial publication record in leading international journals.
Institutional support, excellent facilities, and the opportunity for
productive interactions will be available to successful candidates. A
vigorous, independent research program will be expected.
