Zebrafish Cell Lines

We are having problems with our ZF4 cell line: slow growth, poorly 
adherent, increased trypsin sensitivity. Has any one else had similar 
difficulties with this cell line?

Has anyone any kinetic data for this line? eg population doubling time?

Has anyone found a better medium for their growth than that recommended 
(F10/DME/10%FCS)?

Can someone direct me towards other zebrafish cell lines? Preferably diploid!
