Dear Fellow Daniologists,

We would like to use one or more housekeeping genes as controls in a
cloning project:

beta-actin

glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate-dehydrogenase (GAPDH)

alpha-tubulin

beta-tubulin

elongation factor 1 alpha (EF1alpha)

18S rRNA

28S rRNA

Could anyone supply us with sequence information or actual cDNA clones from
the zebrafish, Danio rerio, for these genes?
With thanks for your potential assistance,

Richard
