Looking for parties in joint venture

To Whom it concerns;
               We are considering starting an eel farm (species: Auguilla
Rostrata) and are looking for a party or parties who would be  interested
in a joint venture. Preferably one whom could help in technology , 
aquiring 
markets as well as develope products. We have a steady supply of elvers
(when available; up to 800 kilos per/year ). We have up to 80% interest
free funding from the Canadian Government.
