1. Some PDF documents require the latest version of the Acrobat reader,
currently 3.0, I believe.

2. Sometimes, the printer driver hangs up and prevents printing (but not

viewing).  I had some documents print on the HP Laserjet, but not on the
Apple Laserwriter.
