Zebrafish cell lines

I've been having a hard time transfecting ZEM2S (zebrafish embryonic
stem cells). So far, I've tried calcium, phosphate and lipofectamine
methods. Does anybody in the field have any suggestions?

Your help is greatly appreciated.
