laser source for dye activation and cell ablation

Hello everybody,

I wish to buy a  UV laser source for my microscope, to uncage caged
flurescein-dextran as well as to do cell ablation in the embryo. I know of
only two suppliers : Laser Science, and Photonic Instruments. Does anyone
have any positive or negative experience with either of these two lasers ?
Are these the only two suppliers ?
