I need your information and advice

Dear members

I'm a researcher in POSTECH(pohang Univ. of Science and Technology), South korea.
I'm a beginner in zebrafish field and I should arrange the equipment 
to care zebrafish.

I need your kind advice. 
Previously, I was contacted some vendors to discuss about the price 
of these equipments.

1. picopump
2. gas controller
3. micro needle
4. Foot switch
5. pico-nozzle holder
6. micromanuplator
7. holder
8. base plate

so, I have some questions.

Q1. Do I need all there equipments?
Q2. So, which provides is the best?
Q3. And How much(your oppinion)?

that.
