Dear Zebrafish,
I have a source that said melanization in zebrafish embryos can be
suppressed for up to a week by bath application of phenyl
thiocarbamide
(or phenyl thiourea/PTU; 200 uM) starting on the morning of day 2.
I
would like to know if you could give me any other information that is
pertinent to this source, such as how many days should the
zebrafish
embryos used for bath application?
Thanks:)
Sincerely,
Angela
