the nucleoli of zebrafish

   I am a student for my Ph.d, and I do my research on zebrafish.
Some heterogeneous multiploid zebrafish were induced for my 
purpose, but the identification by counting chromesome was time 
consuming. Someone told me that nucleoli counting would be 
practical. So, Would there be someone kindly to tell me how many 
nucleole are in the zebrafish's cell. Thanks a lot.
