d2EGFP from CLONTECH

I was wondering if anyone has tried the dEGFP vectors from
CLONTECH and whether they degrade as fast in ZF
embryos/larvae as they do in mammalian cells?
Regular EGFP seems to hand around in some larval tissues (eg.
yolk) for at least 4-5 days while the CLONTECH info suggests that
it degrades in >24hours.

Any news would be appreciated on whether it's worth investing in
the dEGFPs...thanks in advance....... ---
